Types of Plastic Faucets And Their Uses

Valves of plastic are designed by tommur’s engineers for low pressure loss and high flow of liquids. These valves provide flow adjustment and pressure control over fluids. Plastic faucets are actually taps used in homes and also in industries. They are also classified as hot and cold applications. There we have different types of plastic faucets.

A part from the above is compression faucets. These faucets have a rubber washer inside it for water flow. They may be either ball valves or butterfly valves. There are hundreds of types of these valves.

If faucets get leak, they will require maintenance and replacement. Kitchen faucets are considered to be the hardest of home. They can be used in kitchen sink. A plastic faucet may be sorted by considering the factors like style, finish, configuration, construction and valve type.

A ball type faucet can be leak from many places like base, collar, spout and handle. There are various styles of faucets such as conventional and gooseneck. Finishing is also an important factor for plastic faucets. Finishing of faucet refer to coating and decoration.

Faucets can be divided into four types which are ceramic disk, cartridge, ball and compression. These all types are popular in all over the world.
